We want to sincerely thank all of you who have been with us throughout the years, from the first moments of exploration in the wild regions of Alaska in Gold Rush: The Game. Your support, dedication, and passion have been incredible sources of inspiration for our team.
Today, we announce the transition to a completely new chapter, which we embark upon under a new name: Gold Mining Simulator. This name change not only reflects a new stage in the history of our game but also symbolizes our commitment to delivering even more exciting and satisfying experiences to you.
We would also like to express our gratitude to Discovery, which has been an extraordinary inspiration for our project. Their spirit of adventure and exploration of uncharted territories has significantly influenced what Gold Rush: The Game / now Gold Mining Simulator, has become today. Thank you for all the inspiring moments and the trust you have placed in us.
Our work on the game continues unabated, and today’s update is just the beginning. We want to assure you that new information, features, and even more exciting elements will be coming your way soon, enhancing your gold-seeking adventures. New DLC coming in April!
We want to pay special attention to our players using PlayStation and Xbox consoles. We know you have been eagerly awaiting upgrades and modernizations, so we guarantee that this update will be available to everyone soon. We have been working on it with full dedication for quite some time. Experience harsh Alaskan Winter and get excited about new gold mining season with the first Spring breeze. Prices and items durability change throughout the year. Extreme temperatures can also harm your gold mining business.
Highly detailed machines
Admire highly detailed vehicles and gold mining machines. Purchase new and more efficient wash plant parts to increase your earnings.
4 unique claims
We created a big, detailed world with four unique gold mining claims. On each, you will find a fully deformable terrain. Each fragment of our world has its own background story you can discover in your spare time.
Pressure & power system
Manage both water and electrical power usage. If the demand for power or water in the network is greater than supply, the machines will stop working.
Blacksmith & magnetite system
Visit the blacksmith to smelt all the gold you’ve dug. Take advantage of the collected magnetite to upgrade the blacksmith equipment to make the smelting cheaper, faster, and lossless.
Achievements
Show off your gold mining experience with your achievements. Can you get them all?
Leaderboards
Compete against other gold miners and prove who’s the most successful prospector in Gold Mining Simulator! Feature is available on every supported platform.

Will there be a multiplayer mode?
Gold Mining Simulator is a singleplayer sandbox experience. We are aware, that many players would like to have a multiplayer option, but it would require rewriting most of the game.
I am experiencing technical issues / my game crashes. What can I do?

Will there be more machines?
We have added several new machines to the game after the release, including: Dump Truck, Drill, Gold Nuggetator, Pumps, etc., but we are open to suggestions!
What controllers can I use?
Gold Mining Simulator officially supports Keyboard+Mouse, as well as Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gamepads. There is no official support for steering wheels and joysticks, but it might be possible to use third-party emulators to integrate those controllers with the game. There is, however, no possibility to use two same joysticks to play.
Can I create custom mods?
Unfortunately, there is no mod support – however some platforms allow using custom skins.
